If you signed up through HiddenPictures.com, you may cancel your monthly subscription at any time, and your cancellation will take effect at the beginning of your next renewal term. You will have access to your puzzles for the remainder of the term you have paid for. We cannot make retroactive adjustments, so be sure to cancel your subscription at least 24 hours before your renewal date in order to avoid being charged for the next month. Your renewal date can be located in your Account Settings.
Refunds are not available for annual subscriptions.
If you signed up through iTunes or the Google Play store and believe that you should receive a refund, you will need follow Apple or Google Play's refund instructions. No cancellation of the current subscription is allowed during active subscription period and subscriptions will automatically renew at the original price unless auto renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
